Hybrid & Online Teaching Institute for Faculty

Preparing to teach a hybrid or online course for Fall 2020? If you haven’t already, be sure to enroll in the Hybrid & Online Teaching Institute offered by the Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) [] to access a toolkit to help you plan your seminar, small lecture, or large lecture class. Once you’ve completed the asynchronous Modules in CourseWorks (approximately 4 hours), join the CTL and other faculty participants for this 90-minute synchronous online session via Zoom. Please register as space is limited. Unable to attend this session date? Other session dates include: Tuesday, October 20 at 10:30am Thursday, October 29 at 1:00pm Monday, November 9 at 10:00am Note: there may be sessions scheduled through your school or department. Please check communication from your Administrators prior to registering for a University-wide session. During the session, you will have the opportunity to experience a few of the strategies that are recommended in the CourseWorks Modules, share ideas and teaching approaches with colleagues, explore a case, engage in Q&A discussion, and begin planning for your course context. Please note that this session takes place via Zoom and is NOT a Zoom training session. Before you attend this session, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with Zoom.
